Formation of fases at the boundary of the double-layer copper-aluminium film

Abstract

Outcomes of formation of phases are reduced at the contact melting of recordings of aluminium with copper. With the help of a raster electronic, atomic — force microscopy and X-ray analysis the eutecticum and intermetallic AlCu4 phases are detected.
