Clinical nursing of predictive application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in the treatment of 3 patients with fulminant myocarditis (预见性应用体外膜肺氧合救治3例暴发性心肌炎患者的护理体会)

Abstract

This article retrospectively analyzed the treatment process of 3 patients with fulminant myocarditis, and sort out the clinical care points after the predictive application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). Based on the nursing risk assessment and predictive application of ECMO, comprehensive interventions such as ECMO management, vital sign monitoring, complication prevention, pain care, psychological care, diet and sleep management were carried out. Patients with fulminant myocarditis can use ECMO adjuvant therapy in the early stages of disease development, which can not only control the progression of the disease, but also have an ideal therapeutic effect. (本文总结预见性应用体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)救治3例暴发性心肌炎(FM)患者的护理经验。医护人员通过正确评估患者病情, 预见性给予ECMO辅助治疗, 同时做好ECMO的管理、生命体征的监测、并发症的预防、疼痛的护理、心理干预、饮食及睡眠调整, 进而有效控制病情发展, 促进患者康复。)
