The right to health within the framework of international legal rules

Abstract

The issue of the human right to health has received full attention and care as the core of the rights that human beings must enjoy within the framework of human rights, as well as the right to life, and the numerous legislations that deal with this right have covered a wide area of ​​human rights. This right is not only the subject of national legislation but also international legislation, including the International Bill of Human Rights, represented by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenants on Civil and Political Rights and Economic,social and Cultural Rights, as well as international human rights legislation that showed how to deal with victims of international armed conflicts and non-international conflicts.
