THE DILEMMA OF EMPLOYMENT OF LABOR RESOURCES IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITIZATION OF THE ECONOMY
Abstract
In article the analysis of essential understanding of digital economy is carried out. Studied international experience in the adoption of the strategic documents guiding the development of the digitalization of the economy. Assessment of growth of the digital economy in several countries. It is concluded that the transition and implementation of the digital economy in the Russian Federation is inevitable; studied impact of digitalization of the economy on employment of labor resources; considered are experiments of some countries in introduction of the unconditional basic income; the conclusion is drawn on need of a research ofprerequisites of introduction offeatures of calculation of unconditional basic income in the Russian practice; proposed promising sectors of the Russian Federation / economy for the priority implementation of digitalization
