Legislation problems of joint activity and joint ventures' accounting in Ukraine

Abstract

Legislation problem aspects of joint activity and joint ventures' accounting in Ukraine are identified and analysed in the article. The definition of joint venture is determined. Main types of joint activity according to National Accounting standards and International Accounting Standards are analysed. Ways of improvement of national legislation about joint activity are summarised in the article.
