Primary Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis in an Infant

Abstract

The paper considers the results of a clinical observation of an infant with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis complicated with spontaneous splenic rupture. There were discussed the questions on diagnosis according to Histocyte Society, 2004.
