This research is focused on theoretical study on the optimization of class intervention management on bad behavior of students in Islamic Primary School (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah). Using the literature review of earlier documents and research results, this study demonstrates that the optimization of classroom management is done by enabling all components, including schools and parents as moral communities that share responsibilities and roles to prevent and overcome bad behaviors of students embodied in the form of exemplary personality. The optimization of parent collaboration can create a unified communications with educational institutions in schools to avoid continuity of student disrespectful behavior. Behavioral approaches and integrated learning can improve a series of positive activities to overcome the disruptions that occur in the classroom. The readiness of a teacher in the mastery of intervention management becomes important as a form of teacher support for student behavioral action with the right target. Integration of values in the school curriculum is needed as an effort to overcome bad behavior so that students have a good character person
