Regular physical activity has been shown to help prevent and control chronic noncommunicable diseases, such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and several types of cancer. It also helps prevent high blood pressure, maintain a healthy body weight, and can improve mental health, quality of life, and well-being. Physical activity during pregnancy and postpartum provides benefits for maternal and fetal health. Adopt measures to offer all people more opportunities to be active, increase physical activity, whether in different sectors and disciplines, as well as apply policies and solutions appropriate to the cultural and social environment in order to promote, enable and encourage physical activity It requires a collective effort.
