Highlights 1. Circ_0083964 was overexpressed in RA synovial tissues and RA-FLSs. 2. Circ_0083964 inhibition repressed cell growth, invasion, migration and inflammatory response in RA-FLSs. 3. Circ_0083964 functioned as a molecular sponge of miR-204-5p. 4. YY1 acted as a miR-204-5p target.
