La localidad y los imaginarios sociales en el Segundo Ciclo de Educación primaria en los años 80: una muestra representativa. // Locality and social images in the second cycle of primary education in the 1980s: a representative sample.

Abstract

(ES) No podemos concebir un historiador de la educación que haga caso omiso a la intrahistoria, de ahí la necesidad tan apremiante que surge para estudiar las mentalidades de los individuos y por lo tanto, los imaginarios que se van construyendo a partir de ideologías, modos de actuar y concebir el mundo y en concreto el currículum tal y como está establecido en la actualidad. En este sentido, el objetivo que nos hemos planteado en este trabajo no es otro que el de estudiar qué imaginarios sociales nos transmiten algunos de los manuales escolares de los años ochenta del Ciclo Medio de Educación General Básica (3º, 4º y 5º curso) en torno al tema de la localidad. // (EN) We cannot conceive of a historian of education who ignores traditional life; hence the pressing need that arises to study individuals’ mentalities and therefore the images they created based on their ideologies, ways of acting and how they conceived the world. In particular, we are concerned in this work with this influence on the curriculum just as it is now established. In this sense, our aim in this work is none other than that of studying what social images have been transmitted to us by the textbooks of the 1980s for the Middle Cycle of Basic General Education (3rd, 4th and 5th years) on the subject of locality.
