The role of A.E. Alektorov in the formation of a new type of schools

Abstract

The organizational and pedagogical activity of A.E. Alektorov on the opening of village schools in Kazakhstan in the late XIX - early XX centuries. The period is characterized by the development of public education in the steppe regions, as well as a significant difference between the number of Muslim and government schools. In this regard, Alektorov is taking measures to expand the network of government Russian-Kazakh schools along with Muslim ones. The main attention is paid to the quality of the educational process, the methodology of teaching academic disciplines, the selection and training of teachers, their professionalism. He was engaged in conducting demonstration lessons in schools, supplied teachers with his own methodological developments in various academic disciplines.
