A lawyer’s immunity is a guarantee that protects him from prosecution for defending his client ,And it guarantees him the freedom to do his work freely and independently without fear of investigation, interrogation or arrest. It is an immunity that was not decided in the personal interest of the lawyer, but rather was decided in the public interest represented by the right of defense. Also, the lawyer is not immune from error, and if he commits a disciplinary error, he asks about this error. His disciplinary responsibility shall be assumed if he commits an act that is deemed to be in breach of one of the duties that he must abide by towards the judiciary or his fellow attorneys or towards his profession or the bar association or towards his client or commits one of the prohibitions that he must avoid or deviate from the rules of professional conduct and behave in a manner that degrades From the dignity of the profession, its traditions or customs, or violated a provision of the law.
