Abstract

After being dormant for many years, HOW, the journal of ASOCOPI has been reactivated. An ad hoc Editorial Committee based in Medellín worked very hard in pursuit of a mission — a mission whose cornerstone was laid down by the policies established by former Board of Directors whose efforts made possible the wide circulation of the publication in many countries in the world.
