Shwachman Diamond Syndrome with Arrhythmia as the First Manifestation a Case Report and Literature Review

For suspected children, early genetic examination is helpful for subsequent diagnosis and treatment.Keywords: Shwachman diamond syndrome, arrhythmia, case report
