Servizi Web GIS per la preventivazione ed il monitoraggio di impianti di produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili
Abstract
Un sito web che consente di scegliere dove e come installare un nuovo impianto da fonte rinnovabile e valutarequanto sarà redditizio in base alla risorsa naturale (sole o vento) effettivamente disponibile nella località desiderata.Il servizio si basa su uno storico di dati di irradianza e di intensità del vento, dedotti sia da osservazione satellitareche da rilevazione da centraline al suolo. A web site developed to allow users to choose where to place a new renewable energy plant It is here presented a web site developed to allow users to choose where to place a new renewable energy plant and to evaluate its profitability on the basis of the natural resource (sun or wind) actually available in a selected location. The service is based on historical data of sun irradiance and wind intensity, got from both satellite remote sensing and ground stations. It combines the satellite technology with the availability of environmental models for the ground solar radiation analysis and PV-modules models; therefore it allows the producibility analysis, the design and the on-line estimation of new plants, providing a detailed budget with economic and technical in-formation. Moreover is described a solar plant production monitoring system based on current satellite solar radiation data updated every few minutes. The full system has been de-veloped by means of both proprietary and free technologies such as Google Maps, Gdal libraries, PostgreSQL database and the Microsoft ASP.Net Framework.
