Electronic commerce rules in matter of security and privacy and its reflection in Colombia

Abstract

This paper gives a brief presentation of the existence of a plurality of rules -of different origin-, which converge in the regulation E-commerce, especially in issues such as security and privacy. It also describes how these rules work in Colombia and interact with Act 527 of 1999
