The particular sensitivity for today's environmental issues urges pedagogical research to a renewed conception of respect for life on the planet and to social responsibility, also in the tourism sector, in the perspective of ecological transition. Sustainable tourism integrates the management of economic and social resources, while maintaining cultural integrity, essential ecological processes, the natural heritage and biological diversity of the place. In this scenario, hospitality businesses are invited to rethink the proposals intended for families, as an existential and experiential space in contact with nature, for an ethical and moral responsibility towards the environment, reactivating ancient vital knowledge and developing new lifestyles. An educational approach to promote the development of communities that respect the protection of the environment, between co-belonging and co-evolution of the territory for training in sustainable tourism.
