Tuer sa femme pendant la Grande Guerre. La problématique des féminicides à partir des dossiers de procédure des conseils de guerre permanents de Paris

Abstract

There are important archives of french martial courts in the Service Historique de la Défense, located in the city of Vincennes near Paris. These archives are very precisous for the history of justice, crime and army. If we take the exemple of feminicids during the First World War in Paris, we could understand how this archives are usefull. Maybe too avoid in France so far, this archives could open new questions about links between war violence and ordinary violence, as well as the differences among military and civil justice.
