As relações em eixo: novo paradigma da teoria das relações internacionais? The axis relations: a new paradigm of the international relations theory?
Abstract
No presente artigo se propõe as "relações em eixo" como um novo conceito paradigmático da Teoria das Relações Internacionais. Paradigma que, alcançado através da análise das relações bilaterais franco-alemãs e argentino-brasileiras, de 1870 aos nossos dias, permite analisar a formação, a condução e a consolidação de processos regionais de integração que têm por objectivo ultrapassar o quadro estritamente economicista das formas elementares de integração.The present article proposes the axis-relations as a new paradigmatical concept of the International Relations Theory. A paradigm which was reached through the analysis of the franco-german and the argentino-brazilien bilateral relations from 1870 to the present. It allows us to analyse the creation, conduction and consolidation of regional integration processes which have, as main goal, to surpass the economical step of the most elementary forms of regional integration.
