The formation of moral value orientations actively takes place in a pre-school childhood that was reflected in the Federal State educational standard of preschool education and has become an urgent task of the relevant age pedagogy. The article presents the philosophical, psychological, pedagogical, aspects, as well as the author's interpretation of the definition of "moral value orientations of children by senior preschool age; describes the essence of moral values (patriotism, nature, family, work and creativity, arts and literature, knowledge, world) relevant for older pre-school age; displaying difference of author's definition from existing developments in the ield of scientiic knowledge.
