Scientific laws of the documentary-communication sphere: correlation with the science of science

Abstract

This is the first of three articles, devoted to regularities of the documentary-communication sphere sciences, claiming to be the laws. The paper discusses the laws of bibliography science in accordance with the science of science criteria imposed to a scientific law.
