In order to improve the best sintering system for the preparation of fired alumina porous ceramic membrane, with α-Al2O3 as the raw material, TiO2-Cu2O as the multiphase sintering aid, CMC as the pore former, the tubular ceramic membrane support body was prepared by the extrusion molding method, and the performance of the support body was tested and characterized. The research results show that when the sintering temperature is 1 150 ℃, the holding time is 120 min, and the heating rate is 2 ℃/min. The support body has a maximum water flux of 4 322 L/m2·h·MPa, and the three-point bending strength is 42.54 MPa, acid-base corrosion rate is 0.48%/0.37%, average pore throat radius is 1.373 μm, and the mercury removal efficiency is 77.4%. The Al2O3-TiO2-Cu2O low-temperature eutectic formed under the optimal sintering system can promote the sintering of the support and increase the flexural strength.
