Influence of utilizing porous zone on behavior of hybrid nanofluid through a duct was scrutinized by applying of FVM approach. Darcy model in three dimensional steady flow forms has been applied and related terms have been incorporated in momentum equations. Mixture of nanoparticles (MWCNT + Al2O3) and H2O creates hybrid nanofluids which were utilized as testing fluid. To improve the absorbing heat, helical tape was incorporated. The test section of duct is middle 40 cm of the duct where the porous zone and helical tapes were mounted. Validation base of previous published work and studying the grid leads to the most accurate outputs with lowest computing price. Impacts of Da, ϕ and Re on treatment of working fluid have been examined. Selecting greater amounts of ϕ and Re makes Nu intensify by 7.27% and 35.58%. As permeability of zone increases, fluid can moves faster along the axial direction and Nu declines about 6.78%.
