Case report: Surgical treatment of a giant aneurysm of left anterior descending coronary artery
Abstract
The incidence of coronary artery aneurysms in patients with multifocal atherosclerosis is very rare. The literature describes isolated cases of correction of this pathology. The authors present a case of successful surgical treatment of a giant left anterior descending coronary artery aneurysm in a 52-year-old patient with coronary artery disease.
