THE OFFENSIVE OF GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISMS Because of the special conditions of the demographic boom, the global agriculture provided in the last decades larger amounts of food, some of a better quality and some of a poor one… The conquests of science marked the evolution of agriculture and, through this, the food products. It is interesting to know that the ‘revolution’ registered this time it is not noticed in the culture technology field, as expected, but in a direction of which secrets seemed almost known, that of amelioration of the vegetal and animal organisms, through creating new ones, genetically modified, which evolution and role could be unpredictable
