Abstract

This scientific article is dedicated to some disputable aspects regarding the elucidation of encroachment object of the criminal offences committed in the domain of health protection, concerning the delimitation of this misdeed category from criminal offences committed in medical sphere, especially from medical malpraxis offences. In order to offer exhaustive answers, the authors have provided a detailed analysis of modern legislation (penal and other laws) in the sphere of health protection, as well as modern doctrine; have offered a systematization of the misdeeds committed in this sphere. As a result, there have been synthesized the useful conclusions which can be taken into account for the modern penal doctrine.
