O PROCESSO DE DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DA POLÍTICA DE ASSISTÊNCIA SOCIAL E OS DIREITOS DA CRIANÇA E DO ADOLESCENTE NOS MUNICÍPIOS
Abstract
The discussions on the rights of children, adolescents and youth deserve to be presented consistenlty in ali collective spaces, because of present violations of rights which the most vulnerable groups experience. The intention here is to present the management process of social welfare policy geared to meeting the rights of the juvenile population and their families making the Iink with the current starting procedure and process for accomplishment of health care services offered in Specialized Reference Centers for Social Assistance (CREAS) based on System of Social Assistance.
