Abstract

This paper summarized the replacement of implantable venous access port and nursing management for a patient with port exposure on the upper arm. Based on the analysis of port exposure and infection condition, targeted nursing interventions were carried out to lessen tissue injury and reduce the risk of complications. (本文总结1例上臂植入式静脉输液港港体外露行港体移位的护理经验。恶性肿瘤患者一旦发生静脉输液港港体外露应及时处理, 根据外露程度选择处置方法, 明确是否存在感染, 并采取针对性护理措施, 减轻损伤, 尽可能保留输液港, 避免并发症。)
