Abstract

Ideas and values of the social economy are reflected in the objectives of social enterprises, as well as through their economic activity. However, they are not the sole determinant of their social behavior. There should also be some funds to stimulate the creation and development of these enterprises. European Union funds can be one of the most important factors that influence the development of their potential and limiting the equity gap in a sector of social enterprises.
