Stabilirea domiciliului copilului după divorţul părinţilor
Abstract
According statistical data approximately 50% of marriages registered annually ceases through di- vorce. The majority of these families have minor children. Although the law provides that parents divorce do not influence the minor’s rights, in re- ality they are the most affected for the separation of his parents. In its preamble, the UN Convention for children’s rights of 1989 highlights that fam- ily is the fundamental unit of the society and the natural environment for increasing and welfare of all its members, especially for kids. Studies in this field established that for a full and harmonious development of child personality, he need love and understanding in his family. Anywhere is possible, he should rise under the care and li- ability of his parents, in a atmosphere of affection and material and moral security, that will ensure a normal, spiritual,intellectual and social physical development to become an personality.
