Abstract

<p align="justify">El presente trabajo se enmarca dentro de una l&iacute;nea de investigaci&oacute;n socio jur&iacute;dica sobre la Disciplina Deportiva, que se est&aacute; realizando en el departamento de Educaci&oacute;n F&iacute;sica y Deportiva de la Universidad de Granada. El objeto de estudio no es la violencia que se genera con ocasi&oacute;n del deporte ex&oacute;gena-, sino la violencia dentro del terreno de juego-end&oacute;gena-. Se han tratado dos partes claramente diferenciadas: la primera, de an&aacute;lisis y sistematizaci&oacute;n de textos jur&iacute;dicos; y la segunda de investigaci&oacute;n sociol&oacute;gica mediante una muestra de 120 deportistas.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>Summary<br />The current essay can be framed into a researching socio-juridical line about Sport Discipline, which is being done in the department of Physical and Sport Education in Granada&rsquo;s University. The aim of study is not the violence generated by means of sport &ndash;exogenous- but violence within the game field &ndash;endogenous-. Two parts have been clearly focused: the first, analysing and systematising juridical texts; and a second one about sociological research through a sample of 120 athletes.<br /><br />KEY WORDS: sport violence, sport discipline, attitudes.
