Judicial authority and other institutes forming the basis of the law-enforcement mechanism in Peru

Abstract

The article deals with certain aspects of interaction of the elements making a basis of the mechanism of law-enforcement in Peru. Special attention is paid to the judicial authority, bodies of prosecutor's office etc.
