Researchers at the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD, studying the genetic and behavioral effects of methylphenidate (MPH) in juvenile male rhesus monkeys, observed after 14 mo of treatment a delay in puberty with impaired testicular descent and reduced testicular volume.
