The nature of the equilibria in the Ag2S-In2S3-Si(Ge)S2 systems was established and the polythermal cross sections were studied to allow us to select the optimal growth conditions for single crystals of the tetrara Ag2In2SiS6 and Ag2In2GeS6 single crystals. A study was made of the spectral distribution of the absorption coefficient and its photoinduced changes. The possibility of using the studied compounds as materials with controlled properties is shown.
