EL ENCUENTRO FRONDIZI - FRANCO Y EL DESDIBUJAMIENTO DE DIFERENCIAS IDEOLÓGICAS PARA LA PROMOCIÓN DEL DESARROLLO
Abstract
Arturo Frondizi was the first argentine president on office to visit Spain, where he met Francisco Franco and enthusiastic crowds. In this article we will examine the circumstances of the 1960 official reunion of the two countries after a period of strained relations. Our main approach is that the promotion of development was the perfect complement to the preexisting historical and cultural ties that allowed to forge common interests in both nations.
