The management of funds from the Global Climate Fund for the Indonesian government is managed by the Fiscal Policy Agency as part of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Website has become a crucial medium to communicate the message and objectives of the climate fund program. This study will analyze the flow of the NDA GCF website using visual communication design principles and elements perspective to find aspects of the website that can be improved so that users who enter the website can navigate the information comfortably and understand the vision and participate in the program by submitting climate action related project idea proposals. In this research, a study of user experience flow analysis will be carried out in using a website with the John Bower Branching approach to design an easy-to-understand user flow, while still paying attention to the experience of interacting with institutions as a brand. By conducting internal and external interviews, it is hoped that a guide will be found on how this website can convey its message clearly and make navigation easier for users.
