La construcción histórica y literaria de dos personajes que sólo son uno: el famoso, pero un tanto desconocido Rafael Uribe Uribe, arquetipo del coronel Aureliano Buendía.

Abstract

This article places in evidence the relationship between fictional literary texts and factual historical text. The textual constructions of two personages are compared here: Rafael Uribe Uribe seen through some information given by his biographers and its archetype Aureliano Buendía, character of the novelistic fiction of Gabriel Garcia Marquez in One Hundred Years of Solitude. We find that these are two representations of the same historical being, constructed intentionally by the authors.
