ABOUT THE HIGH PRECISION PRESCRIBED ON THE DRAWING AND REQUIREMENTS IMPOSED FOR SORTING ASSEMBLING OF AD JOINT PIECES
Abstract
High precision prescribed on the shop drawing of ad joint pieces within a fit or within a unit imposes certain requirements concerning the assembling modality, concomitantly, the forming methodology of highly precise assembling must be cost-efficiently performed. By applying sorting assembling (asd) for the forming of fits, there result clearances or clamping close to the ideal value. Asd can bring important technological, qualitative and economical benefits. This paper will present some case studies concerning the importance of sorting assembling in order to support and guarantee the modern quality requirements and promotes the product’s competitiveness.
