Nursing of a patient with insomnia of heart-kidney disharmony treated by auricular acupoint pressing and acupoint finger-pressing therapy (耳穴压豆联合手指点穴干预1例心肾不交型失眠患者的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with insomnia due to heart-kidney disharmony treated by auricular acupoint pressing and acupoint finger-pressing therapy. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory of syndrome differentiation, acupoints with function of nourishing kidney and calming heart were selected for auricular pressing and finger-pressing therapy, and diet intervention and emotional care were carried out additionally to relieve the insomnia and anxiety. (本文总结耳穴压豆联合手指点穴干预1例心肾不交型失眠)患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理论, 选取具有补肾宁心安神功效的穴位, 给予耳穴压豆联合手指点穴等干预, 并配合饮食干预和情志调护, 有效改善患者失眠症状和焦虑情绪。)
