MORAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PERSONALITY OF UNDERAGE DELINQUENTS

Abstract

The paper examines the moral and psychological characteristics of minor delinquents and their special features. Differences in the special features of underages delinquents depending on their gender are identified. The most common characterological features of minor delinquents are examined: unbalanced emotional state, vanity, obstinacy, insensitivity to the sufferings and pain of others, superfluous aggressiveness.
