PENGARUH BIMBINGAN KARIR DAN LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH MELALUI MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA KELAS XII KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN AKUNTANSI SMK NEGERI 2 MAGELANG

Kesiapan kerja merupakan keseluruhan kondisi individu yang meliputi kematangan fisik, mental dan pengalaman serta adanya kemauan dan kemampuan untuk melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan atau kegiatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh bimbingan karir dan lingkungan sekolah melalui motivasi terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 2 Magelang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Negeri 2 Magelang Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 siswa yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Isaac. Pengambilan sampel tiap kelas menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa (48,1%), lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa (33,5%), bimbingan karir berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja siswa (30,5%), ada pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja siswa (27%), bimbingan karir melalui motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa (50,8%), dan lingkungan sekolah melalui motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa (35,9%). The working readiness is the entire condition of an individual including physical maturity, mental maturity, experiential maturity, the existence of willingness and capability to do a job or activity. The purpose of this study is to know whether there is influence of career guidance and environmental school through motivation toward the working readiness of the twelfth graders who are taking accountancy program at State Vocational High School 2 Magelang. In this research, the population was the twelfth graders with year of education 2013/2014 who are taking accountancy program at State Vocational High School 2 Magelang. The population was the twelfth graders with year of education 2013/2014 who are taking accountancy program at State Vocational High School 2 Magelang. The member of population is 84 students. By applying the proportional random sampling, the sample were taken using Issac formula. This research uses questionnaire to collect the data. This research also uses descriptive analysis, double linear regression and path analysis to analyze the data. The results show that there are some influences of career guidance toward the students’ working readiness (48.1%), influences of environmental school toward the students’ working readiness (33.5%), influences of career guidance toward the students’ working motivation (30.5%), influences of environmental school toward the students’ working motivation (27%), influences of career guidance through working motivation toward the students’ working readiness (50.8%), and influences of environmental school through working motivation toward the students’ working readiness (35.9%).
