Abstract

Au analysis concerning Brazilian poverty, giving a special emphasis to some historically developed forms of confront. It starts from a poverty conception taken as a complex and multidimensional phenomenon perceived as an expression of the society present relations. Presenting a siender distinguished Teiles proposition accordg to which poor‟s characterization of such historically initiatives constitute under a perspective of confront we search to target persistences and re-definitions among whose is highly condition remains historically identified as negative, and a non citizenship.
