Will analysed thermodynamic conditions corresponding to unstable of crystalline lattice before martensite transformation, is considered phenomenas appearing in condition of unstable, is executed theoretical analysis of the possible structured conditions which detectable experimental, is considered phenomena superplasticity of martensite transformation at stretch in interval Ms-Md and influence of magnetic field in this interval.
