In this research, it is aimed to determine the effects of organizational justice perceptions of employees on green organizational behavior who are employed in tourism enterprises. Therefore, 294 employees were reached employed in tourism enterprises through surveys. In order to determine the effect of organizational justice perceptions of employees on organizational green behaviors in tourism enterprises, descriptive statistics on organizational justice perceptions and green organizational behavior statements of employees were determined and regression analysis was performed. The highest perceived dimension of organizational justice by the employees was determined as procedural, informational justice and the lowest perceived justice dimension as distributive justice. The highest perceived dimension of green organizational behavior by the employees was determined as environmental sensitivity and economic sensitivity. According to the results of regression analysis, organizational justice statistically significant effects on green organizational behavior. According to this result, the increase in the organizational justice perceptions of the employees participating in this research gives an increase in the green organizational behavior of the employees.
