An Autopsy Case of Acute Transformation of Myelodysplastic Syndrome Leading to Carcinomatous Cardiac Tamponade

Abstract

We report a rare case of an 80-year-old male patient with acute transformation of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) in the pericardial cavity, leading to cardiac tamponade.
