Las paradojas del derecho de retasación en las expropiaciones de las entidades locales o con beneficiario privado

Abstract

This work studies the right to re-appraisal in expropriation, with reference to its reform of 2012. It particularly studies the case of local expropriations or with a particular beneficiary where the challenge of the fair value by the obliged to its payment shall normally get to only provide the expropriated with the amount of the appraisal sheets, which has given rise to a confusing situation regarding re-appraisal.
