Developments on health care and technology fields have brought the simulation practices which are one of the most reliable and valid health training methods into the forefront. Standardized patients are considered as the simulators with the highest reality factor and consist of trained healthy individuals or real patients who accepted the healthcare practices planned to be carried out. It is thought that it is not known to what degree the standardized patient practices, which are not commonly used in nursing training in Turkey, are integrated into curriculum, although it has many benefits in many ways. Moreover, its reflections in clinic environment are not known and it is believed that there is a need for some studies on this subject. Thus, this study aims to contribute to the enhancement of learning environments enriched with realistic and contemporary training methods such as standardized patient method in nursing training curriculum
