Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant tumors in human parenchymal organs by far, with the characteristics of insidious onset, rapid development and extremely low five-year survival rate. Several members of the tissue kallikrein family have been reported to be related to the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer; they may be potential therapeutic targets for pancreatic cancer. This article reviews the relation between tissue kallikrein family and pancreatic cancer.
