Nursing care of a case of actinic keratosis treated with Plum-blossom needle combined with photodynamic therapy (梅花针联合光动力疗法治疗老年日光性角化1例的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of an elderly patients with actinic keratosis(AK)who were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Plum-blossom needle and ALA photodynamic therapy. Key issues of AK nursing were skin preconditioning, protected from light exposure and pain control. A comprehensive education was carried out to relieve the negative emotions and recovery of the patient. (本文总结1例采用梅花针联合光动力疗法(PDT)治疗老年日光性角化病(AK)的护理经验。皮损处预处理、避光和疼痛干预是AK护理要点, 同时开展全面的健康教育, 有助于缓解患者负面情绪, 提高治疗依从性, 进而促进患者早日康复。)
