Rynek obligacji komunalnych Catalyst – stan i oczekiwania

Abstract

Catalyst is a first platform of debt instruments (bonds and debentures) acting in frame of Warsaw Stock Exchange. Turnover is subjected to corporate bonds issued by corporate and financial institutions, cooperatives bonds issued from 2011 by cooperative banks, treasury bonds, municipal bonds issued by local government units and debentures. Municipal bonds have been issued from first day of Catalyst market opening. Despite of some increase of local government units interest on possibility of listing debt instruments, a share of municipal bonds in total value of Catalyst issues is smallest one. An aim of article is to assess activity of catalyst municipal bonds after 5 years from their presence on financial market in Poland.
